Repeat step 2 to confirm Steam has no compatibility options enabled.Repeat the last step with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers (which is the exact same path, only HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES instead of CURRENT_USERS).If there are none, that's okay, continue to the next step.
